Step 2: Receive Your PSGPC Letter The Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (PSGPC) is the official body managing Sikh holy sites in Pakistan. A letter from PSGPC confirming your pilgrimage purpose is required for the pilgrim visa category.
